Was having some battery issues with my car, they were the only garage in town that would look at my car and help me out same day. Guy on the phone was very nice, said he could test the battery and run a diagnostic for no cost and call me after that. When he called, said that it would be about $280 to replace the battery and they were the only ones around town that had that certain type of battery (I called autozone and got it for $220 same day). Decided I would take my car somewhere else. Charged me $25 for the 'free' test and diagnostic and didn't appreciate the misinformation about the battery. Employees were still very helpful and kind throughout the entire process though

Went in for an alignment, and my car stopped pulling from the left and now pulls to the right! After they finished my alignment, he gave me a "quote" of all the problems with my car, and the labor costed more than the parts! So not only did I spend over 2 hours for this, but they also didnt fix the issue.
Techs are morons. They were trying to sell me $1000 worth of lower control arms to align my vehicle. I went into the shop and saw the "substantial" play. Asked them to remove my vehicle from the alignment rack, went down the street had a camber bolt installed and paid 50 bucks and on my way I went.
I have brought my vehicle here for the second time and they were able to get me out of a bind both times in the same day. Quick and reasonably priced service. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. These are my go to guys for auto repair. Keep up the great work!
