I went there on a day I knew they were serving meat loaf expecting to eat what I was craving but informed that it was taken off the menu. I was informed that the top chef determined what was to be served at all restaurants within the Cherokee casinos. Informed that he is from New York and the food served is the way he wants it served. It did not matter the preferences of the region or take into affect the region's culture. The food is just on a rotating basis. I am a diabetic and have even tried to order certain food in a manner to fit my diet and they informed me they couldn't do that either. If not on the menu, no can do. I tried to get a plate put together for a diabetic diet and was told no they couldn't do it. This is a shame as so many Indians of our culture are diabetics. Other restaurants Will attempt to meet your needs. The food is good but there needs to be some options for diet and culture of an area.
But the power for the last 28 months I have donated 60 dollars per month most I've ever been up was around $40 I play dollar and 50 cent machines I can usually play for about 2 hours on $60 only one of my friends have ever won they hit $800 they take a great deal of money from a large majority of people that I know about to never go back about 4 months ago I'm not a big Gambler anyway they seem to have too many people working there must have a lot of bills to pay I never hear of anyone winning there a lot of my friends from Arkansas was coming up but you know the old saying you can share a sheep many times but only slider at once all the Arkansas people have shot him off also they need to break out the shares and throw away the knife LOL
I'm going to share an email I sent management. I received no reply. I would like to point out the direct correlation between me and my girlfriend's frequency or more properly stated, decline in visits to the Cherokee casinos. I'll start fist with the lure of and I quote. "The more you play with a one start card, the bigger the rewards - like rewards play from $5 to $100,...." This is completely misleading. Under the old card system as I earned my gold card I was expecting to gain possibly $10 in free play. When I would ask about it I got all sorts of answers which put it off until I Earned platinum status. At which point my girlfriend and I would notice all of the special invitational promotions.
It sucks... Can't win anything, been coming for years. & it just keeps getting worse. Hearing of some getting promises of jackpots & hot seats & getting them. This is not right. Workers of casino should not be able to compromise the machines in any way. But here they do... Crooks. Needs to be an option for a negative star
A fairly cozy casino with plenty of games to play. No it is mainly slot there are other games that can be played. This does not have table games, it's a rather small casino but it is for someone who would want to play something for entertainment. I would recommend it especially if you like small casinos where there are not very many people. Cherokee Casino is planning on building a much larger complex in the future. This is a very good start for a growing Nation. Very impressed.
