The only positive review on this company is by Mark Cummins, owner of the business. Google his name and you will see he is a convicted felon. Stole guns from the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service. Look him up on Oklahoma District Court Records. He has multiple lawsuits and is currently being sued for embezzling over $75k from A List Construction. Drug history as well. He stole our money and will steal yours too. Stealing is his trademark. Look him up on the Oklahoma construction industry board. He is not licensed.
This company was a pleasure to work with, they built my beautiful home in 3 months from beginning to end and I was surprised at how little I paid! This is the 2nd time Ive used them once for a roof and once to design and build my dream home. USE THESE GUYS......
Well, to start with, the only other google review on this business is from the owner, Mark Allen Cummins Jr. Google his name, you'll see he was convicted for stealing guns from Cherokee Nation Marshal Service and he spent time in federal prison. At the time of writing this, he has two lawsuits pending, one from a construction company in OKC for $75000 and another from a former landlord for $7600 past rent and property damage. He worked on our home from Aug 2016 to November 2016. He uses his middle name as his last name and goes by Mark Allen instead of Mark Cummins Jr. Bottom line, he told us he bought wood for cabinets and asked us for the money. We stupidly gave it to him and found out too late he never even bought the wood. We verified this with the company he said he bought it from and that company provided a letter to us stating that they'd never heard of him or his business. Also, he returned tile we didnt want that we'd paid for and he kept the money we paid him along with the return money. He is crooked. Do not use him.
